Return Policy:
Returns are available for unworn, unwashed Ovella items within 30 days of purchase for customers in the U.S. and Canada. Review the conditions below before submitting your request.
1. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Your refund will go back to the same payment method you used for your purchase
3. Once you receive your return label, just print it, tape it to your package, and drop it off with the designated carrier
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping is at your cost.
5. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You’ll see this on the product page, during checkout, and in your confirmation email.
7. At this time, we’re only able to process returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada.
Exchange Policy:
We want your Ovella pieces to feel just right. Exchanges are available for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for customers in the U.S. and Canada. Please review the conditions below before submitting your exchange request:
1. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges are for the same item in a different size or color. If your requested item is out of stock, we may offer a refund instead.
3. We provide a pre-paid return label for exchanges — no label fee will be deducted.
4. Attach the label securely to your package and send it back using the specified carrier.
5. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items cannot be exchanged.
6. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your exchanged item within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on the way.
7. Exchanges are only available for customers in the U.S. and Canada. At this time, we cannot process exchanges for customers from other countries.
